Over the past few weeks, we’ve added new features to Evermore that are automatically available to every customer. Let’s take a look at how you can gain more insight and add a little visual flare to your content.
A/B (Split) Testing for Forms
Dip your toes into data-driven design! With a few extra clicks, you can now show one of multiple forms that you select to a visitor and gauge their effectiveness.
Simply activate the Split Testing with Gravity Forms plugin, create the forms you want, and add the magical “shortcode” wherever you want to test your forms, like on a landing page or in a widget that sits below your content. It’ll look a little something like this:
[gravityform action="split_test" ids="1,2" /]
Just replace the “ids” value with the form IDs you want to test. You can find those IDs by clicking “Forms” in your website backend, where you’ll also be able to track the conversions of each form—you’ll know whether one form works better than the others! And, if one ends up pulling ahead significantly, just remove the shortcode for A/B testing and replace it with the winning form.
Analytics on Your Dashboard
You’ve always been able to keep track of your Evermore site’s traffic with Google Analytics, but now, you can see that helpful data every time you log into your site.
Activate the Google Analytics Dashboard for WP plugin, click “Google Analytics” (near the bottom of your left-side navigation in the admin area of your site), and click “Authorize Plugin”. You’ll be all set up in no time.
Once you are, you’ll see all sorts of helpful data right on your Dashboard: visits, visitors, page views, bounce rate, and more.
Helpful Icons
Sometimes, you need a few simple icons to clearly convey an idea—but finding the right ones can be tough. Even worse: you may find good options but have no idea how to implement them.
Now, you can insert icons directly into your content from the visual editor. Once Better Font Awesome is activated, you’ll see an “Icons” dropdown in the toolbar (where you can do things like italicize text). Select the icon you want, and you’ll see it when you preview or publish your content. Easy! You can also take the “shortcode” that it generates and use it in widgets.
If you’re an Evermore customer, this is all available for you now at no additional charge, as with all of our feature additions and improvements. Get in touch with us if you have any questions or need assistance.
